Group CrossFit Classes

These hour long, coach led, group CrossFit classes are our most popular class offering. You’ll receive professional coaching that leads you through a workout overview, thorough warm-up, personalized modifications, a high intensity workout, and a cool-down.

Personal Training

Personal Training is our most effective and convenient offering we provide. Your coach will develop a program around your specific needs and ability to help you reach your goals. All while being scheduled at a time and day that is most convenient for you.

Nutrition Coaching

The height of any pyramid is always limited by the width of it’s base. Fitness and health is no different, and the base is nutrition. You can’t outwork a bad diet, that’s what nutrition coaching is for. Including personalized macro nutrient prescriptions, meal plans, regular in person check-ups, and more.

Ladies SWEAT

This is a ladies only group class that meets three days a week. No barbell, no heavy lifting, but plenty of sweat and results.
